PHILODENDRON BRASIL HANGING BASKET
Philodendron hederaceum 'Brasil' is a wild and bold cultivar of the classic Heartleaf Philodendron. Its variegated leaves look almost painted, with strokes of yellow and lime green across the deep green foliage.
Philpdendron barsil like Low to bright, indirect light, avoid direct sunlight, and keep out of cold draft.
Allow the soil to dry slightly between waterings, especially in lower light. In winter, water less often. Rinse the leaves periodically to keep them clean.
In summer, feed every two weeks with a common houseplant fertilizer. Repot only when the roots have filled the pot and the plant can no longer take up water. Do not use overly large containers as philodendrons benefit from crowding.
Trim leggy vines to promote a bushier growth habit - the tip cuttings can be easily propagated!
